Cucumbers, Nair, Negotiations, Lion Dancers, Spider-man Kisses… the list goes on! Richard and Cheryl shared an extremely eventful wedding and we’re honoured to have been part of it. They were amazing to work with, provided a fun and exciting wedding party and made us feel like part of their celebration! A real experience of culture, tradition and the union of two people that share a great deal of chemistry.

We’ve had the pleasure in traveling the world and capturing events in remote places, picturesque settings and unbelievable backdrops. Italy is one of these places that is special to us as we have many people that follow our work and praise the passion we have for creating cinema there. This led us to Matthew and Sian. After noting that they wanted us to share their vows and celebration at the Villa Baroncino in Tuscany, we felt absolutely honoured that our work inspired them so dearly to bring us out and capture their event abroad.

Beautiful work & congrats to the couple!!!–I had to watch this one because it was in Tuscany, then I was thrilled to discover it was not just Tuscany, but immediately I recognized it as Cortona, where I lived in 2006. It will always have a special place in my heart…makes me wish we could get married again & do it there!!
Xiaodan (Donna) + Xiaohu (Li) commissioned our studio for their cinematic collection after we collaborated with Li’s sister and brother in-law back in April (Shu+Shenchen). It was a wonderful experience, filming some of the same people, experiencing their warm and welcoming family, and having familiar locations to film at… but as known and common as the people were, their event was extremely unique and we feel very privileged to have been there to capture it.
Both Xiaodan and Xiaohu share a story of passion, respect and commitment to one another. After hearing how they met, courted and now married – we couldn’t wait to share how beautiful their tale really is.

As I think back to our first encounter with Joanne, walking into our studio with her father and sister… I remember thinking, “where is the groom?” But shortly after sitting down to discuss coverage options (and before I could even ask why he wasn’t present), Joanne quickly got Quinton on a long distance conference call from Bermuda!
It was definitely the most unique client meeting Rob and I experienced to date, but it also transpired into a wedding experience that was just as unique and amazing as our first meeting.

this wedding was so beautiful im give i was there to wittness it.big up quin n jo wish u well! but this video just put it over the top! everytime i watch it i get teary eyed, n that’s what i want for my wedding! i havent seen anything like it u guys r the best!
Dom and Aleks are so much fun! The chemistry between them is amazing to watch. They are hilarious! It was so easy to get them to be themselves and be natural in front of the camera. Aleks does this wicked expression with her eyes and eyebrows, I could not help but to giggle as I was going through their images
We ventured through the Distillery District and then to the Harbourfront. Their engagement was from 3pm-6pm and we were able to make use of some great lighting as the sun was going down closer to the end of their engagement. We love engagement shoots because it allows us to get to know the couple and find out what works in preparation of the wedding day. We make engagement shoots more of a experience and build a relation with the couples so both the couple and photographer/cinematographer interact on a personal level and become like part of the family on the wedding day.
